Villa 3 Golf is a large six bedroom villa centrally located in a very peaceful area next to the adjoining Quinta do Lago golf course. The Quinta shopping centres are just a ten minute walk away. All six bedrooms are en-suite and the villa features broadband internet, cable television, a central air conditioning system, pool heating and a spacious living room complete with its own bar.

The villa is built on one level and is protected by a key coded alarm system. The property benefits from a centralised air conditioning system, and the master bedroom has individual A/C split units. The entrance hall of the villa has doors that lead to en-suite bedroom one and to the living room. A couple of stairs lead to the corridor where bedrooms two to six are positioned, with an additional guest cloakroom on the right before this corridor.
